First e-bike. After hours of research I settled on the obsidian. It matches my personality and is so much fun. Solid build- came with fender and rear bike rack! What an all in one package. I sold my car and will be using this as my replacement commuter for downtown travel

    We couldn’t be happier with our two new Jasion e-bikes! From the moment we unboxed them, we were impressed by the sleek, modern design—simple, stylish, and very well thought out. We chose to have them professionally assembled through Amazon, and even the technician mentioned how much he liked the bikes and that he’d consider buying one himself!

    The ride quality is smooth and comfortable, with just the right amount of power for our recreational use. We ordered two bikes—one in white and one in green—and both look fantastic. The colors really stand out and give each bike its own personality.

    We had a small issue with one of the seats, but Jasion’s customer service went above and beyond—super responsive and quick to make things right. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products.

    These bikes may not have a ton of extra bells and whistles, but they deliver exactly what we wanted: reliable performance, great comfort, and solid value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, well-built e-bike for everyday or weekend rides!

    This a good starter ebike for someone to own. Some assembly is required. Good thing I know to how to put bicycles together. I only ran into two issues, 1) error code 022, looked it up online how fix it & just fixed it myself, 2) I can hear the front brake pads make a scraping sound. Not a major issue just need break in the brake pads is all. I'm not sending it back. I'm enjoying it.

    Listen, I bought this electric bike for $139 because I have a bad habit of picking up hobbies and dropping them just as fast so $2000 was too much for me to spend on a potentially fleeting hobby. I got this bike and I set it up in about an hour. Adding the child seat took longer than the bike set up did. It was super easy to follow the instructions. I do have experience building bikes, so I’m sure that helped but I think if I had never had any knowledge of bike building, it would’ve still been pretty easy as the instructions were straightforward and have pictures. This is a great electric bike. It goes the speed that’s advertised. In fact I’ve gotten a little faster than 25 mph. It’s super sturdy and honestly, I don’t see myself having to replace this bike anytime soon for a $2000 bike. We will see how long it lasts and maybe I’ll update this review if it gives out anytime in the near future but so far so good it was delivered promptly with no issues. And it’s very comfortable. I didn’t even have to buy a more comfortable bike seat because the one that came with is great.

    The keys we loss because of battery pop out when riding
